If you would like to submit for possible out of network insurance reimbursement we can provide you with a Superbill.

If you prefer not to use your insurance or do not have insurance, we accept private pay.
Most major medical insurance plans have some form of coverage for outpatient mental health services. They require the consumer to pay a co-payment or co-insurance amount each visit. Others may require you to reach your deductible before they provide coverage. Whatever amount is not covered by your insurance (deductible, co-pay, co-insurance or denial) is your responsibility to pay. Please contact your insurance company directly if you have any questions about your plan.

Sliding Scale Fee
If insurance is unable to cover your therapeutic services and you are not able to pay our rates then you may qualify for our sliding scale. This is determined by taking your annual household income and multiplying it by .001. For example, if your annual household income is $100,000, then your session price would be $100 per session.

Please note that despite the sliding scale amount, the minimum amount for intake sessions is $125 and therapy sessions is $100. If you are interested in this option please let us know.

Cancellation Policy
​
We understand life happens and your scheduled appointment may need to be cancelled. We will work with you to reschedule to the best of our ability. We ask that you contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your session to cancel. If you are unable to do this then you may be subject to a late cancel/no show fee of $50. If this continues to be a pattern it may lead to a conversation with your therapist about needing to pause services.
