EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of therapy that allows both the mind and body to heal from distressing life events. The process uses bilateral stimulation which can include visual, auditory, or even physical cues, whatever is most comfortable for you.

EMDR has been found to be useful in addressing abuse, addiction, anxiety, accidents, childhood neglect, depression, phobias, trauma, and sexual dysfunction.

Therapists conducting this type of therapy are fully trained in EMDR.
