Dan graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in 2015. He has worked in a variety of settings practicing therapy. He has worked in private practice, community mental health, and has consulted with multiple court programs. During his time leading Drug Court and Mental Health Court, Dan emphasized the importance of working with each person's own unique position. He focuses on meeting each individual where they are and prioritizes a strength based approach. Understanding what a person does best already allows for quick engagement in the therapeutic process. Dan provides openness, transparency, and an easy to talk to style that tackles difficult topics in an approachable manner. He works with individuals and couples.
